Equity markets in Emerging Europe have outperformed the rest of the emerging world over the past month. The largest gains have come in Central Europe, where the growth outlook continues to improve. Looking ahead, we think there's scope for further gains in equities and currencies there, but we are more cautious about the prospects for Russian and Turkish financial markets.
