November’s RICS survey provides further evidence that housing activity and prices remained resilient to the rise in mortgage rates in November. And our view that mortgage rates will start to fall again next year will be a further prop for house price growth in 2025. Meanwhile, cooling tenant demand lends support to our view that market rental growth will ease further next year.
