Global Commercial Property Chartpack

The slower adjustment to past rises in interest rates and a sharper hit to office demand is set to weigh on US property returns over the next couple of years. Overall, the UK is set to outperform over 2024-28, with returns of 7.5% p.a. compared to 4.5% p.a. in the euro-zone and just 3% p.a. in the US.

Note: This chartpack is a new addition to our suite of commercial property analysis, which pulls together our views across the three regions we forecast and provides important context for investors. We will also be discussing the outlook for global commercial real estate markets in a 20-minute online briefing at 3pm BST on Wednesday 10th of July.
