The Czech National Bank left its policy rate on hold today, at 3.75%, and we think that the scope for further interest rate cuts this year has become more limited. We had previously been forecasting the policy rate to be lowered to 3.00% by end-2025, but we now think there may only be scope for one more 25bp rate cut.
