Time to worry about property price bubbles in Asia?

Since the global financial crisis many economies in Asia have seen big increases in property prices. However, it is only in Hong Kong and parts of Taiwan that prices look to be in bubble territory and in danger of sharp falls. A slump in property prices is one of the key risks for these two economies over the next few years.
