The National Bank of Poland (NBP) left interest rates on hold as expected today, and we think the easing cycle will remain on pause until the end of Q1. With the economy recovering and the disinflation process likely to stall over the coming quarters, we see scope for only 100bp of interest rate cuts over 2024 as a whole.
