The European Commission's Economic Sentiment Indicators for Central and Eastern Europe suggest that regional growth strengthened at the end of Q2, with our regional-weighted measure of sentiment rising to a two-year high in June. That said, the survey brought further evidence that services inflation will level off at elevated rates, providing cause for concern for the region’s central banks.
