What does 2018 have in store for developed markets?

We think that investors are still underestimating the extent to which the Fed will tighten policy next year. As a result, we forecast that the dollar and Treasury yields will rise in 2018. We don’t think that this will take a big toll on US equities, though, which are more likely to come under fire in 2019.
