Relatively strong domestic demand is likely to support industrial occupier markets in Poland, Russia and Turkey over the next couple of years. This should ensure that all three markets outperform the rest of Emerging Europe. But with a slightly higher dependence on demand from the troubled euro-zone, external demand will be more of a drag on industrial rents in Poland than in Russia or Turkey.
