As everyone expected, the Fed increased its policy rate by an additional 25bp today, taking the fed funds target range to between 5.25% and 5.50% but, while officials are possibly still eyeing one final hike later this year, futures markets are mostly in agreement with us that we’ve now reached the cycle peak.
