Bank likely to revert to 25bp cuts

The recent stronger price and activity data, along with the announcement this week of a sales-tax break over the festive period and stimulus cheques to come next year, means we now think the Bank of Canada will cut interest rates by 25bp at its December meeting, rather than 50bp.
