The Troika and the Cypriot Government have reached a stalemate, with the latter refusing to agree to the terms for a vital bail-out. An agreement should be reached after next month’s election and Cyprus reportedly has enough money to last it until then. But meeting the criteria for future bail-out payments will be a huge challenge and the risk of an eventual default remains.
