The Reserve Bank of Australia has become more upbeat about the outlook for GDP growth and the labour market but still expects inflation to fall short of its target. With the Bank showing little appetite to rein in the surge in house prices, we’re sticking to our view that the Bank will announce a third round of $100bn asset purchases in July.
