Will poor harvests in India drive wheat prices higher?

Lower Indian wheat harvests this marketing year and next are likely to lead to output falling short of consumption in the world’s second-largest producer. But abundant stocks in the country mean that India’s import demand is unlikely to pick up by much, so a significant boost to world prices is unlikely.
