Asia January PMIs, Korea Trade

The January PMIs for Asia were generally weak, supporting our view that manufacturing activity and GDP growth in the region are likely to remain below trend in the near term. And with inflation back to target in most Asian economies, we think central banks in the region will continue to loosen policy a bit further despite the uncertain external environment.
