Russia CPI (Nov.)

The further fall in Russian inflation last month, to 5.8% y/y, won’t be enough to prompt the central bank to resume its easing cycle at the rate-setting meeting next week. Nonetheless, we think the decline in inflation will continue into 2017, ultimately allowing the central bank to lower interest rates by more than most expect.
