Following the recent upgrades to our forecasts for GDP growth, inflation and interest rates, we now expect bond yields to be higher, and the loonie stronger, than we previously assumed. Meanwhile, we do not expect the supply and confidence agreement struck by the governing Liberal Party and the NDP to have a material impact on the overall stance of fiscal policy in the next couple of years.
