Offices still the most likely source of distress

While we expect the office and multifamily sectors to account for the lion’s share of distressed assets over the next couple of years, there is an important distinction between the two. Unlike multifamily, we expect impacts on offices to be widespread, while the structural nature of the demand reduction means we don’t think loan extensions will solve many problems.
