Dallas tops our updated rankings of 34 industrial markets

The dynamism of the industrial sector means that market-level outperformance is often only achievable for short periods, because either relative value deteriorates or new supply quickly completes. Houston could be the latest example of that, with recent strong demand having brought about a significant supply response. Instead, Dallas leads in the latest update of our proprietary rental prospects analysis, along with Baltimore, Memphis, Jacksonville and Nashville. The biggest fall down the rankings comes in Riverside.
