There’s a good chance that October’s Employment Report will send a very strong signal that, despite the recent signs of some softening in overseas demand, the US economy continues to grow at a rapid pace. We estimate that the 248,000 rise in payroll employment in September was followed by an even better 275,000 gain in October.
