London Housing Chart Book - London set to underperform

House price growth in London has held up reasonably well in the aftermath of the EU referendum. But the bigger picture is that the capital is in the midst of an internal adjustment. Outer London has been playing catch-up with the centre – dominating in both price growth and activity. Yet, with the gap between outer and central London now back within sight of past norms, we would not be surprised to see a slowdown in the outer boroughs too.
