Is the fall in Rightmove asking prices a sign of renewed weakness?

November’s fall in asking prices may simply be a sign that the housing market has begun to wind down for Christmas. But it could also be a sign that the house price revival is about to run out of steam as buyers baulk at the high prices now being demanded by sellers. However, it will be another two to three months before we can be sure.
