The inflation profile in Wednesday's Inflation Report probably won’t look much different from February’s Report. This would appear to support the consensus expectation that the QE programme is now as big as it is going to get. But with the MPC’s growth forecasts still likely to look too optimistic, we continue to expect QE3 to start later this year.
