We think that the Norges Bank will keep interest rates on hold, at +0.75%, next Thursday, before resuming its tightening cycle in June. We forecast one rate hike per quarter this year and next, which would leave rates at 2.50% by end-2023. But the balance of risks is skewed towards the Bank front-loading its efforts.
