Mexico Consumer Prices (Feb.)

Mexican inflation edged down to 3.0% y/y in February and there is still little evidence to suggest that a weaker peso is feeding through to higher inflation. Inflation should remain close to the central bank’s 3% target throughout 2015-16, meaning that monetary policy will probably remain looser for longer than most expect.
