Euro heading for parity

While some of the forces bearing down on the euro over recent months may now be easing, there are plenty of other reasons to expect the currency to fall further. Indeed, our forecast that the euro will drop to $1.20 by the end of this year looks too timid in the light of the drop already seen. We now expect it to fall to $1.10 this year.
