Budget marks a small step forward for Greece

By announcing fiscal measures to generate the €13.5bn of savings demanded by the Troika, the Greek Government has moved a step closer to gaining the next loan instalment from its bail-out package. But this alone will not be enough to secure Greece’s long-term future within the euro-zone.
