The failure of Sunday’s meeting in Doha to freeze oil production has further undermined the credibility of OPEC. But it has very little impact on our outlook for supply over the rest of the year. We still expect the market to rebalance due to falling non-OPEC production and increasing demand, which should push up prices over the next year or so.
