Where does Thailand go from here?

Political unrest will continue in Thailand but we suspect that the level of instability will subside to where it was in 2006-09 when the economy was still able to perform reasonably well. We still forecast that GDP growth will be strong in 2010 and will not fade too far in 2011. But we have pushed back the timing of the first Bank of Thailand rate hike to August, from June.
