Bank of Thailand to stay on hold throughout 2010

The Bank of Thailand (BoT) today left its overnight rate on hold at 1.25%. Its statement was neutral, but Thai markets are still pricing in policy rate hikes over the next year. We expect rates to stay on hold to the end of 2010.
