The cyclical recovery we had forecast for the start of 2016 appears to be underway. The turnaround has been built on the back of stronger activity in construction and real estate, supported by policy loosening. There are echoes of the 2009 recovery but, given the scale of investment in infrastructure and property in the interim, this one will not last as long.
