The recent decline in the sales-to-listings ratio points to home price stagnation ahead, a prospect that has already begun to scare away some condo investors. In Vancouver and Toronto, existing condo sales have fallen by 16% y/y and anecdotal evidence points to a slump in Toronto's pre-construction condo sales. Overall, we still standby our view that Canada housing market is due for a 25% price correction.
