Nationwide House Prices (Jun.)

House prices saw another steep fall in June, but low transactions volumes cast doubt on the accuracy of the figures. Looking ahead, there are signs of a recovery in demand, but lenders remain cautious. We think house prices will fall by 4% this year, but there are big downside risks to that view.
