Property yields rose across all sectors and markets in Q2. However, this was somewhat offset by rises in bond yields in most countries. As a result, valuations remain stretched in all sectors, with industrial property most overvalued. Looking ahead, we predict further modest rises in property yields across sectors in 2023. Alongside the expected weakness in alternative asset yields, this should help valuations improve for the remainder of this year.
