Property yields have risen less sharply this year, but there remains considerable uncertainty about where they will peak. We returned to our yield model for guidance and, while a re-specified equation supports our view that office yields will top out at just under 4.5% later this year, the ongoing impact of structural change still implies that the risks lie on the upside.
