According to Nationwide, house prices grew by 0.4% m/m in July. Annual price growth picked up to 3.5%, a signal that the slowdown in price growth seen over the past year is coming to an end. Prices will continue to rise over the remainder of 2015, driven by rising demand and the limited stock of homes for sale.
