Land Registry Repeat Sales Index (May)

House prices held their ground in May according to the Land Registry, although the strong gain in April means they are still rising on the less volatile three-month on three-month measure. Nationally prices have almost regained their pre-crisis high, but disagregating the data shows that only 3 of the 10 regions have done so.
