Bank of England Credit Conditions Survey (Q2)

The Credit Conditions Survey reported an uptick in secured residential credit availability in the second quarter, but that the availability of commercial lending was more-or-less unchanged. For the first time since new mortgage regulations came into place, the availability of high LTI mortgages is expected to increase, as lenders begin to adapt to the new rules.
