London’s housing market has shown few signs of a revival over the past quarter. Transactions have dropped sharply and house price growth is on a downward trajectory. That said, with the economic backdrop holding up for now, the slowdown is unlikely to accelerate into a full-blown price correction. But we do expect price growth to decelerate further over the remainder of the year, ending 2017 at perhaps 0% y/y.
