The better signs continue

Over the past week or so the signs that commercial property investor confidence has picked up have continued to emerge. Any upturn in capital values is unlikely to be large or sustained until a widespread rental recovery begins, which does not look likely this year. But there is still scope for better sentiment and a small fall in yields to push up prices in the second half.
