Restrictions and WFH U-turn pose downside risk

The resurgence in virus cases in the UK has led the government to reverse its advice on returning to the office. Given that many workers continued to work from home anyway, the impact of this change in policy is likely to be limited. That said, the new restrictions and likely further tightening over the winter months means that we have dampened our outlook on the economy, which poses a notable downside risk to our property forecasts.
