Recovery may now be broadening, but not to all non-prime property

There can be no question that the recovery in the prime segment of the commercial property market continues apace. The evidence on the performance of near-prime and lower-quality property, however, is mixed. On balance, perhaps the best generalisation is that the rebound in investor demand has now filtered out to some non-prime stock, but any recovery in this segment remains very much in its infancy.
