The results of the latest CBI/PwC Financial Services survey were positive for the commercial property market. Business activity is improving steadily and the survey suggests that Central London office rents will continue to increase. A sharp drop in the value of non-performing loans across the economy could also help to free-up more capital for new lending to the commercial property sector.
