Low corporate bond yield spreads a sign of sturdy tenant base

Corporate bond yield spreads are currently pretty low in an historical context and suggest that there are few fears about the viability of UK firms. At the margin, this is another reason to think that investor sentiment in the commercial property market will continue to improve and that the nascent falls in yields and rises in capital values have much further to run.
