Property Archive’s data showed that, while overall commercial property investment market activity was solid in May, UK-based institutions were again net sellers. Historically, net disposals by institutions have been associated with falls in all-property capital values. Accordingly, there is nothing here to change the picture that further declines in commercial property prices lie ahead.
