Have institutions' property allocations passed their trough?

Over the next few years, it seems likely that UK investing institutions will buck the long-term trend and raise their allocations to property. Any increase in proportional terms, however, would probably be fairly small. Even so, with other groups, e.g. overseas investors, also likely to be active over the medium-term, this is potentially a not insignificant upside risk to property prices.
