Further evidence that London office rents will rise this year

A composite indicator that aggregates up a range of individual balances from the CBI/PwC Financial Services survey points to continued, albeit modest growth in Central London office rents in H2. This is consistent with our current forecasts. But there has also been nothing in recent weeks to alleviate our concerns that the risks to City and West End rental values in 2013 are firmly to the downside.
