The latest De Montfort University (DMU) survey reports that lenders have now largely dealt with their legacy debt issues and that credit is becoming more widely available. However, the survey also suggested that the availability of development finance is still tight. But until the nascent rental value recovery has gathered steam, that probably isn’t a bad thing either.
