Bond market mini-rally unlikely to boost commercial property

The recent falls in government bond yields seem to reflect growing expectations that when interest rates start to rise they will not return to the levels seen prior to the financial crisis. Yet commercial property is no longer obviously cheap and we do not believe that yields should mirror the recent drop in benchmark risk-free rates.
