Bank of England Credit Conditions Survey (Q2 13)

The Bank of England’s latest Credit Conditions survey shows that the supply of finance continues to improve in both the residential and commercial property sectors. However, there has been no easing in residential credit scoring criteria, while commercial borrower demand is weak. As such, although property lending activity may continue to improve, the rise is unlikely to be rapid.
